Our day was the absolute epitome of my dreams! After years of dating, were were so excited to be joined as husband and wife in front of our friends and family. We were able to hand-pick our vows and found the perfect words to describe our friendship and love. These words now only describe our devotion and life-long promises, but also the past years we spent together and emphasize our desire to build a marriage with Christ at the center. I feel confident God created Brett and I for each other and could hardly wait to begin our lives as a married couple.

Brett and I attended the same high school; however, our lives did not cross paths until 3 years after we graduated......After 6 years of dating, he knew I would be suspicious of any special date he planned, so he decided his birthday (10/7) would be the ONLY day to propose. I said YES! before he even finished the question! We started planning right away and picked 8/6/16 for the big day!
I think it’s interesting through the planning, we found multiple ‘signs’ that this day was destined to be perfect. The land that our venue is on was once share-cropped by my paternal great- grandparents and was the actual birthplace of my grandfather.
Secondly, unbeknownst to us, the date we selected was my maternal grandparents wedding anniversary. Lastly, our amazing florist shared that our wedding date was indeed her anniversary. These signs gave us comfort that our day would be blessed and lead us to the right people to make our day perfect!

Brandy's floral signature was a romantic, lush gathering of White O' Hara garden roses, delicate lisianthus, Mother of Pearl roses, layers of several varieties of creamy white roses, rice flower and textured greens.

Our amazing photographer talked us into doing a “non-seeing sneak peek” before the ceremony, the thought of being able to say a few words to each other was relieving. We were able to express our happiness and anticipation in a private moment, which was so special. The pictures captured from this moment speak for themselves and we will certainly cherish the images and remember those feelings.
— Brandy, the bride
My favorite moment from the day was seeing my beautiful bride walking down the aisle. The sun was very bright that day, but if finally gave way at the end of the aisle. The first dance was also a special moment as it was the first time we were introduced as husband and wife. We got to talk to each other and realized...this it it. It is everything we’ve been planning and looking forward to.
— Brett, Brandy's groom
To walk beside me when things are good and when things are bad. I pledge to you my undying love and constant faithfulness. All I have or hope to have I give to you as my life partner. I pledge you my help, my support, my love and my prayers. I pledge to remain faithfully your until death separates us. I ask God’s help in keeping this solemn vow.
— The Tallants
To avoid stress to our big day, I planned all the details far in advance and hoped for the best, but expected something to go ‘wrong’. Everyone says there is ultimately something that doesn’t go as planned, but our day was truly exceptional. While the day was a whirlwind and flew by (“everyone” was right about that fact!) all our vendors were a joy to work with and exceeded our expectations. From decor, floral and beauty to food, photography and music, everything was just as we envisioned. Our day was a true expression of our love!
