Thinking back to the day I met Michelle makes my heart smile. Michelle came in the studio armed with her sweet mom and sister as we pulled chairs up and started "wedding dreaming." Michelle wanted to host the marriage ceremony at her parent's home -- a place that provides such a sense of serenity. We imagined their vows being exchanged in the backyard garden setting.
When the wedding day arrived, so did rain in the forecast. But, despite the predictions, the beautiful day was accompanied by glorious sunshine -- allowing Michelle and Andy to enjoy a day richer, and more vibrant than any far-away fairytale could provide.
Thanks to the talent of Taylor Boyd Videography for telling the story so well and allowing us to peek into such a heart-warming wedding day.
Here are some still captures do re-live it all:
How sweet is this next moment as the bride helps her mom get ready? Absolutely precious!
Then it's my favorite time: when the happy bride meets her floral signature. Those blooms from the idea bubble brainstorms are finally placed in her hands to be a witness to a marriage.
Then it was time for this dad who helped build up not only a dreamy woman, but also labored over a backyard to host his little girl's dreams to see his daughter. The entire family gathered to see Michelle for the reveal.
And a few minutes later, it's time for Andy to take a break from relaxing with the guys playing pool and watching SEC football, to have a moment with his bride before he "ties" the knot! Such a tender snuggle, with assurance.
Although Michelle had some of the cutest flower girls around, we wanted anyone who came to help prepare her path and had petals awaiting the guests. Our team had so much fun creating for Michelle.
Loved having Miss Milly's add the touch of vintage romance with the doors, lanterns and all things "sparkle".
I will miss the days that Michelle would drop in and chat at my desk. These are only a few favorites of the day the talented Christina Pugh captured of her dear high school friend.
Wishing you a love that is in full bloom. May each day you fall more deeply in His love! You are welcome to drop in any time (PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO.) Love fiercely and sweetly, always.
