Some days are just dreamy... as you can tell by the picture above, this was one of them.

When Mandi Mitchell, Pursuit Community, asked if I would dream with her through Little River Farms on a styled shoot my heart fluttered -- but, it fell on my 27th wedding anniversary.

For the first time since we've been married, my husband was sadly going to be out of town...so I was free, and my heart fluttered about creating some designs that were totally boundless.

I am a sucker for mantles! They  punctuate a room with warmth and demand attention as the centerpiece of the celebration. This was the perfect place for the newlyweds, nestled among the vintage birdcages, "fireside", of course. Just wait till the cooler weather.

The stellar group of photographers made a total playground for some of my industry favorites who joined in on the team. The team was composed of Mishaun Arrington (who captured this page's first image), Katey Penton (who captured both the image above and below).

Let me introduce a darling, newlywed couple who graciously tolerated, traffic, rain and lots of creatives. Thanks to you both -- your love is evident in the beautiful photographs and completely outshines the blooms.

The signature on display showcases garden roses, antique roses, double lisianthus, Amsterdam roses, rice flower and romantic Queen Anne's Lace framed with spilling greens all buttoned up in ticking and jute. Just say no to burlap, it's done. Cheers!

Have you ever seen a dessert bar on a grand piano? It was a sweet detail that struck a chord with all of the vendors who have seen it all. Plus, someone had to enjoy the irresistible cookies and pie bar. Swoon!

Credit Ashley Ruff for capturing the three images above and Jean Marie Morris for the two closing images below.

The final pretty capture sums up the day well.

It totally blows a skirt up with fun and pretty. : )

Flowers are so much prettier when they are in deserving vessels and surrounded by such amazing vendors and models. It was such a fun playdate!
