As Josh and I look back on the happiest day of our lives, our hearts are filled with overwhelming gratitude for family, friends, laughter, love expressed, covenant, and celebration. Words can’t express how joy- filled every moment was on that day.
— Savannah- the bride

Savannah and Josh chose a morning celebration, and that it was. The details were sweet, the morning fresh and joyful, the setting charming and the bride, EXQUISITELY RADIANT. This wedding was far from ordinary. It was an extraordinary measure of friends, family and beauty that comes from more than just things, but hearts. Here are some of my favorite details of the day. Starting with that moment that has become a favorite, when daddy sees his little girl all grown up as a bride.

Savannah's floral signature was a romantic, classic gathering of southern hydrangea, garden roses in several varieties, tea roses and a gentle frame of greens. It perfectly suited her Southern sweetness and gentleness.

I was warned that the day would fly by, and as I reminisce I realize the truth in that sobering piece of wisdom. Very few concrete memories of the day can be brought to mind; It all was a dream. However one of the few distinct memories I have, I can recall my favorite. My favorite memory is the moment when Josh and I read each other our personal vows on the altar. We held each other’s right hand as a symbol of covenant, looked into each other’s eyes, and expressed our hearts’ desires.

You see, I firmly believe that love is a choice. It is not a feeling. It is an honor to love my husband out of the overflow of love that I have first received from God. I know that I am fully loved and accepted by God, and therefore I am enabled, equipped, and empowered to fully love and accept my husband.

I firmly believe that I am called to partner with Josh as we walk through this life calling each other higher, and fulfilling our purposes hand in hand. I loved being able to stand before all the people we cherish and vulnerably share my intentions and desired for my marriage. It was a moment I will never forget.

There is the sweetest moment when a couple shares their first dance as a married couple. Something that says, I'm home, a gentle rest....sigh

We absolutely love creating for these two. Here's looking at you! May each day you fall more deeply in love.

Stunning, you two. Happy ever after! Thanks for sharing your wedding wisdom and letting us be a part of your love story.
