Sometimes, a love story unfolds as beautifully as a rose. Andrew is a true faith-warrior who works for a non-profit ministry pledging to fight for the next generation of fathers through discipleship. Tara is a passionate mystery whose heart is awakened by global missions and a love for her God who wrote their story. The two spend their days serving others in each of their vocations. And, their wedding day was nothing short of an exclamation of their joy to choose to love and serve each other for the rest of their lives.
When this former Miss Auburn became the even more prestigious Mrs. Collins, the day was none other than a celebration. While I love pretty- the most beautiful part of the day was the exchange of vows. Surrounding couples with extraordinary blooms and memorable fragrance as they share their vows is one of my biggest joys, and this ceremony was one of my favorites.
A favorite because of its worship, its message, and the cry of two individuals seeking to love each other by serving each other.
Andrew, the groom, was one of my son's college roommates. They played soccer together, cheered for Auburn football together, and grew to become family together. It was just one more reason for this to be a favorite wedding.
Afterward, Tara shared with me that one of her most cherished moments was the first look to pray together. Look at the expressions of long-awaited joy.
Tara is elegant, with such a sense of style that created a rich, saturated palette for her floral signature -- spilling with textures, fragrance and rich layers.
Look at the movement in this capture! The flowing lines of depth are so captivating.
Happy ever after, you two. Continue to 'press pause often'.
OK... 30 Second Family Break Please
I have to include this one of my son hugging his radiant wife who is expecting! AHHHHH! Love seeing these two and the baby bump (aka #McLady).
I can't wait for my granddaughter to arrive!
And, when we're celebrating some of our closest friends, our staff loves to get on the dance floor and have a great time!
... Again, happily ever after you two. So happy for you.
